2.  Enabling Performance Through People: This module includes:
a.    Giving feedback and having performance conversations.
b.    Following a structured process for coaching.
c.    Effectively managing a remote team.
d.    Delegating effectively to colleagues.

3.   Driving Results: This module includes:
a.    Setting and driving goals.
b.    Applying innovative thinking techniques for operational problem-solving.
