Conclave on “PERSONAL LEADERSHIP”

Faridabad Management Association in collaboration with DAV Institute of Management
celebrated the Management DAV Institute of Management, Faridabad. Theme for the Event was “Personal Leadership”.
The Program started with Lighting of the Lamp. Welcome Address was given by Mr. V. Thyagarajan,
Hon Executive Director and Head – Corporate Resource Centre, Apeejay Stya University. Mr. Rakesh
Seth, Senior Director-HR Services, REECOSYS was the first to speak and gave a wonderful Presentation
on ” Personal Leadership” and the Next Speaker was Ms. Anubha Maurya Walia, Director, Trainer,
OD Consultant – Prism World who gave a short and Sweet presentation on the Subject. .
A Book entitled “A2Z 26 Steps for Assured Success” written by Dr. Sarbjit Singh (Former
Dean/Advisor of Apeejay Stya University was released by President – FMA Mr. Abhay Kapoor along
with Distinguished Speakers.
Final Speaker was Mr. D.K. Bakshi, Chief Mentor & CEO, Global Talent Company Limited, Bankok
& Former Vice President Global Human Resources, Indorama Polymers Public ltd., Bankok
gave an extempore lecture and enthralled the Audience. Finally, Dr. Neelam Gulati, Head Of the
Institution, DAV Institute of Management summarised the Proceedings and Vote of thanks was
given by Mr. Abhay Kapoor, President, FMA & Head- HR Northern Region, Amazon.
In all 100 participants attended the Management Day Celebrations including 30 Participants from
the Industry, Faculties and Students.
