Entrepreneurship Summit 2024 Igniting Innovation and Empowering Entrepreneurs

The IPR, Innovation, Incubation and Startup Division of the Research and Development Cell and Management Studies Department of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA recently organized a two-day Entrepreneurship Summit-2024 and invited Faridabad Management Association (AIMA) to conduct a panel discussion for the benefit of the participating students.

The panel discussion, aimed to foster discussions on HR Challenges encountered by startups, providing a platform for insightful dialogues and knowledge sharing.

The panel discussion featured esteemed panelists Rajesh Munjal, Founder & CEO, mHealthAI Heeresh Girdhar, HR Expert with 19 years’ experience in HR operations and strategic leadership; Syed Farhan, Cosette Network, OnBenchMark; and Anand D. Global Capability Building & Leadership Dev. Expert. The session was expertly moderated by Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association (AIMA) & Founder It’s People. The discussion provided valuable insights into navigating startup ventures.
