🎤 About the Author
Dr. Amita Sharma is an accomplished academician and machine learning expert with more than 20 years of postgraduate teaching and 12 years of PhD research guidance. She currently serves as Assistant Professor – Quantitative Management Techniques at the Institute of Agri Business Management, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, since June 2012.
Her academic credentials include B.Sc. Mathematics (2001), MBA Marketing (2003), PhD in Management (2014), and Post-Doctoral research in Machine Learning and Mental Health (2019).
With a unique blend of management expertise and technical acumen, she bridges academic research with industry applications, focusing on data-driven decision making and AI solutions for agribusiness and mental health domains.
Dr. Jolly Masih is a goal-driven academician with 10+ years in business analytics, marketing, and agri-tech. Currently Associate Professor & Assistant Dean of International Affairs at BML Munjal University, Gurugram. Ph.D. in Agribusiness Marketing, Post-Doc from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and ongoing Post-Doc at University of Groningen on Cross-cultural farmer adoption of Nano-Drones. Also completed Executive Programme in Data Science & AI from IIM Lucknow and IPBA from IIM Indore.
Key achievements: 30 patents including German Patent for Agriflapper: Mini Drone, AICTE LILAVATI Award 2021-22, 50 under 50 Quality Leaders Award 2023, multiple Best Paper Awards, and invited keynote speaker at global conferences in UAE, Indonesia, Bahrain, Switzerland.
Published extensively in ABDC & Scopus journals with research spanning organic food trends, precision farming, neuromarketing, and health insurance analytics.
