Faridabad Management Association is pleased to invite you to an online workshop on Face Yoga!

Face yoga, is claimed to provide face-lifting, face-tightening, and face-shaping effects. It involves facial muscle exercises to relax your face, lessen facial puffiness, enhance facial symmetry, and promote collagen production for a radiant complexion.

Even though we move our facial muscles every day when we speak, smile, etc., facial yoga involves more than just moving your face. The key difference is in the exercise’s intent, which is to gradually strengthen and relax the facial muscles through the use of individual motions.
