HR For HR Management Development Program Series

Faridabad Management Association (AIMA) is thrilled to announce the launch of our Management Development Program Series titled “HR for HR”.

The inaugural session was held on April 21st, 2024, at the prestigious Jiva Ayurveda, Faridabad.

The event commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Mr. Heeresh Girdhar, Head of HR at Swadeshi Civil Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and Core Team Member and Coordinator of Events & Membership at FMA.

The launch was commemorated with a joyous cake cutting ceremony led by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President of FMA, alongside our esteemed member participants.

We were honored to host distinguished speakers for the occasion: Mr. Anand D., Global Capability Lead at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and our own Ms. Saloni Kaul, President of FMA.

The Management Development Program imparted invaluable insights, focusing on
(a) Understanding Global, Complex, and Matrixed Ecosystems,
(b) Leadership Development – Frameworks and Real-world Use Cases, and
(c) OKRs – From Strategy to Implementation.

The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mr. Heeresh Girdhar. It was a privilege to have members and HR professionals from the National Capital Region, New Delhi, grace us with their presence.
