Faridabad Management Association and Hirebeen Present ‘HR Multiverse’ on Reinventing Recruitment with AI
Noida, June 7, 2025 – Faridabad Management Association (FMA), in collaboration with Hirebeen, hosted a high-impact event titled “HR Multiverse: Reinventing Recruitment with AI” at Lemon Tree Hotel, Noida. The event brought together a distinguished gathering of CHROs, Vice Presidents HR, HR Directors, and Department Heads from some of the most renowned corporates in India to ideate and exchange perspectives on the future of recruitment in the era of artificial intelligence.
The session commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a welcome address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President of FMA, who set the context by emphasizing the urgency for HR transformation through AI.
This was followed by the opening address by Mr. Dheeraj Srivastava, who shared thought-provoking insights on evolving hiring paradigms and the necessity of adopting intelligent and inclusive hiring practices.
The roundtable discussion, conducted by Ms. Meenakshi, created a dynamic platform where industry leaders deliberated on the integration of AI in recruitment processes. The discussion highlighted key areas such as talent analytics, bias-free screening, enhanced candidate experience, and agility in workforce planning.
Subsequently, the panel discussion, steered by Mr. Neeraj Natang, brought forth practical approaches and real-world applications of AI in recruitment, enriching the dialogue with diverse organizational insights and experiences.
