Dr. Aurobindo is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA and Ph.D. in Marketing Management. He has over two decades of rich work experience in the IT sector. His experience includes working for top-notch MNCs like GE, Oracle, and IBM. He has lived and worked in the US too. He holds various professional certifications in Project Management, Agile Methodologies (Scrum Master), and Six Sigma Green Belt. He spent 21-years in the IT sector in multiple capacities – Project Manager, Senior Delivery Manager, People Manager, Director – Technology and Consulting, etc.,
After spending 21-years in the IT industry, he shifted his profession in 2018 to the field of Training, Teaching and Education. He currently works as an Assistant Professor at School of Management teaching MBA students on a wide variety of subjects like Industry 4.0, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Technology Foundations etc.,
It is his passion to enable students of Engineering and Management to hone their Personal and Professional Skills sharing his life-lessons and experiences.
Dr. Aurobindo is an avid Public Speaker – Professional Speaker, Motivational Speaker, Keynote Speaker, and a Trainer. He is a multiple award-winning “Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)” at Toastmasters International, USA.
