Virtual Event on : Discovering Lifes Purpose

Faridabad Management Association Organised a Virtual Event on 8th November 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:00 Pm on the Topic Discovering Lifes Purpose.   The Speaker for the session was Ms. Saloni Kaul,  Founder & CEO Its People. Session started with the Host Ms. Gunjan Saini of Capgemini Introducing about Faridabad Management Association and also about the Speaker. Ms. Saloni Kaul spoke about know your IKIGAI ie. Our IKIGAI is the reason we get up in the morning.  She also discussed about the matrix to simplify to achieve our IKIGAI. She made the audience gradually build up some realistic Goals based on their Passion as to what they want to do in their life. It was a highly interactive session where the participants wrote down the purpose of life and discussed and were facilitated to find the their right purpose..  Finally a  Hearty vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. V. Thyagarajan ,  Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association. Session was highly appreciated by the participants from Industry, Consultants and Academia.
