Faridabad Management Association conducted a Webinar on ‘Individual Development Planning’ on 16th December 2020 from 5.00Pm to 6.30Pm.  The Speaker on this Topic was  Ms. Saloni Kaul, Founder & CE), It’s People.  Session was initiated by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association who gave a welcome address followed by an Introduction of Faridabad Management Association and a Brief Profile of Ms. Saloni. .  Ms. Saloni Spoke in details on How to develop Individual Development Plans and executve the same. In the end concluding remarks were given by Mr. V. Thyagarajan.  Webinar was attended by participants from Industry as well as academia as well as some students.
