Faridabad Management Association (FMA) in Collachanging Colboration with KR Mangalam University conducted and Gurgaon Management Association (GMA) conucted HR Conclave on 12th April, 2025. HR Conclave consisted ot 2 Panel Discussions and in the sidelines one HR Round Table. This Conclave Started with Opening Remarks by Heeresh Girdhar, Program Director -FMA and thereafter by Dr. Vibha Thakur, Director- CDC of KR Mangalam University. After this Lamp Lighting was done by the Dignatories from Faridabad Management Association (FMA) and KR Mangalam University respectively. Representing FMA, Welcome Address was given by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA & Founder It’s People. Representing KR Mangalam University, Vice Chancellor Prof. Raghubhir Singh delivered a welcome address. After this, Mr. Abhay Kapoor, Sr. HR Leader invited as a Guest of Honour who spoke about the Challenges faced by HR in the Current Scenario. Next in the Agenda was the First Panel Discussion on the Topic “ THE CHANGING ROLE OF CHRO FROM HR LEADER TO BUSINESS STRATEGY”. Distinguished Speakers for this Panel were Mr. Deepak Bharara, CEO A to Z Consulting, Mr. Sandeep Sassan, General Manager – HR Operations – India & International, Mr. Neeraj Narang, Global Director – HCM, Oracle, Mr. Deepak Bansal, Global Talent Acquistion Head, Royal Cyber, Mr. Arvind Mittal, ED- Business Development & HR and Mr. Asim Handa, Executive Coach & Management Consultant. This was followed by the Key Note Speaker Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Global Change & Enablement Leader, IBM, who spoke on “FUTURE OF WORK -INTERSECTION OF HRS & EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES”. Next in Line was the Panel Discussion 2, which included the Distinguished Speakers Mr. Pradeep Hathgaonkar, Country Head, HR, Astemo India, Mr. Nitin Kunderia, CHRO, Omega Silky, Mr. Parveen Sehrawat, Transformational Leader, HR, Mr. Syed Farhan, CEO – One Benchmark and Mr. Sudeep Arora, People Office, Amrock. Topic of the Panel Discussion 2 was “BUILDING A SKILL-BASED ORGANISATION SHIFT FROM DEGREE TO CAPABILITY”.
On the sidelines of Panel Discussion II , HR Round Table was held with a Theme “THE FUTURE OF LEADERSHIP MANAGING THE MULTI GENERATIONAL & HYBRIDTEAMS”. Final Summing up of HR Round Table was done by Mr. Naipal Singh, Chief Manager – HR PNB. On April 19, 2025, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held its TalkSjhow on Authors “In Conversation – 60 Minute Author Insights” It was hosted by Dr. Sukhbir Dillion, DGIM Law College. Author. Author for the Show was Ms. Chitra Jha, Self Empowerment Coach who wrote the Book on “Stress of Pedia”. Event started with Welcome Address by President, FMA Ms. Saloni Kaul. Distinguished Host Dr. Sukbhbir Dhillon, DGIM Law College started the Talk Show by asking Relavant Questions on the Book by Ms. Chitra Jha. While Discussing on Book on “Stress of Pedia” – A detailed guide for a Stress Free life, She mainly spoke on Life Skills and how to handle stress in detail. Finally a Vote of Thanks was Proposed by V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Fariddabad Management Association (FMA)
