Faridabad Management Association (FMA) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Echelon Institute of Technology for conducting Events in Echelon Campus for Faculty and Students. It has also agreed to make a Student Chapter on Echelon. Echelon Institute of Technology signed up for Institutional Member of Faridabad Management Association. MOU was signed by. Dr.Ranjit, Director, Echelon Institute of Technology and Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association and Founder & CEO It’s People in presence of Dr. Irfanullah Khan Prof. & HOD-Department of Management Studies and Dr. Mohit Kapil, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies.
On 18th April 2024, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held a Seminar on “HOW TO PLAN FOR START UP AND LEGAL & ETHICAL STEPS” at Echelon Institute of Technology (EIT) Campus. The Distinguished Keynote Speakers were Ms. Priyanka Gang, a Social Entrepreneur and Ms. Saloni Kaul, Founder & CEO, It’s People and President, FMA. Event Started with Welcome by the Students of Echelon Institute of Technology. The First Keynote Speaker invited was Ms. Saloni Kaul and the Second Keynote Speaker Ms. Priyanka Aggarwal, a Social Entrepreneur.. They spoke about the idea generation, studying feasibility of idea that is the business model, choosing right business structure, good digital presence, workspace -own, rented or shared, business Planning, finalise revenue models, fund raising regulatory compliances, selection of right team streamlining operations & ethical practices. It was a very useful learning session for students. Dr. Irfanullah Prof. & HOD-Department of Management Studies summarized and concluded the session by proposing vote of thanks.
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) launched a Management Development Program Series “HR for HR” on 21st April, 2024 at Jiva Ayurveda, NHPC Chowk, Faridabad. Welcome Address was given by Mr. Heeresh Girdhar; Coordinator- Events & Membership FMA & Head – HR, Swadeshi Civil Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The launch was celebrated with Cake Cutting by Ms Saloni Kaul, President, FMA along with the Member participants. The Distinguished Speakers were Mr. Anand Dwivedi, Global Capability Lead, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Key Learnings from the MDP was (a) Understanding Global, Complex and matrixed eco-system (b) Leadership Development – Framework and Real world use case and (c) OKRs – From Strategy to Implementation. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Heeresh Girdhar. It was attended by the members and HR Fraternity from the National Capital Region, New Delhi
4) On 21st April 2024 Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its Virtual Event -Mahabharata Series- Management Lessons from Mahabharata Episode-10. Event Started with Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA & Founder & CEO of It’s People. Ms. Saloni Kaul introduced the distinguished speaker and Visionary Leader Mr. Debasis Satpathy, Chief General Manager, HR of NBCC India Ltd. Discussion Topic for the Day was “POWER OF PERSUASION: COMMUNICATION IN MAHABHARATA” He spoke in detail about the topic and substantiated by giving examples of Charters of Mahabharata ie. Shakuni, Bhishma Pitamah and Lord Krishna. The Virtual Session concluded with a Vote of thanks proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association. It was attended by members from industry and academia.
5) Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held its UNNATI – The Talk Show about Women Empowerment on 30th April 2024 at JIVA Public School, Faridabad. Event Started with Inaugural address by Ms. Saloni Paul, President, FMA & Founder & CEO, It’s People.
The prestigious event was hosted by Monica Anand, Head – Institutional Alliance, FMA and Director, Anand Industries Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad. Distinguished Guest was. Dr. Anubha Walia, Founder, Prism Philosophy & Chair Person ISTD Delhi Chapter: Dr. Anubha spoke about taking her Company – Prism to greater heights despite facing numerous challenges and hurdles in the journey. She also spoke about her remarkable success in scaling her company – Prism Philosophy into a Global Company. It was attended by Members of Faridabad Management Association, Industries and Academia from Faridabad. Finally a Vote of Thanks was proposed by. Maj. General Sudhir Datt, long time AIMA-FMA Member and Entrepreneur in Faridabad.
