Thyagarajan received participation Certificate for participating in Annual LMA Award from Dr. Sangeeta Reddy. President, All India Management Association (AIMA) & Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals.
On 11th and 12th September, 2024, All India Management Association (AIMA) held its 51 st National Management Convention at Hotel Taj Palce, New Delhi. 4 members of the Core Committee Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association(FMA), Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Execitive Director, FMA, Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Sr. Vice President-FMA and Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, FMA participated as delegates.
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with JIVA Ayurved P Ltd. Faridabad for holding Health Camps for Improving health and wellness for Corporates in Faridabad and also for the benefit of FMA and AIMA-FMA Members on 18th September 2024. It was signed and exchanged by Ms. Meenakshi Singh, Director, JIVA Ayurved Pvt Ltd and Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, Faridabad Management Association.
As a part of Outreach Program, on 22nd September 2024, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) in collaboration with Noida Management Association (NMA) conducted its Management Development Program (MDP) on “Talent Management & Knowledge Retention Practices” at GNOIT Campus at Greater Noida. Event started with a Welcome Address by Mr. Heeresh Girdhar, Program Director of HR4HR – FMA. The speaker was Mr. Ashish Sarangi, Sr. Advisor – L&D, Karam, Safety Pvt. Ltd. He said that Talent Management is key to keeping your organization moving closer to its goals. He further said that a talent management Strategy need to be developed to create a motivated workforce who will stay with the company in long run. He further added that Knowledge Retention is very crucial for preventing knowledge loss and maintaining organizational excellence. Also spoke about the strategies of effective knowledge retention. Mr. Abhay Kapoor, Past President substantiated on the subject and also appreciated FMA for conducting such sessions. It was attended by the Human Resource Professionals working in Delhi/NCR.
Faridabad Managment association and DLF Industries Association, Faridabad organised an exclusive awareness session “The SME Accelerate Program” an AIMA and Wadhwani Foundation Initiative on 25 th September 2024. The session began with a Welcome address by Rtn J P Malhotra, President of DLFIA, followed by an address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President of the Faridabad Management Association (FMA). Ms. Ekta Nayyar, Assistant Director at the All India Management Association (AIMA), provided introductory remarks about AIMA and this initiative. FMA felicitated all the speakers.
The session was aimed at helping SMEs overcome business challenges and triple their revenue through the SME Accelerate Program. The event, titled & 3X Your Business Revenue, & took place at TAP-DC, DLF Industrial Area. This initiative, of organising this session is aimed at empowering local businesses and providing them with the tools needed to achieve sustainable growth. The main session was delivered by Ms. Shruti Modi, Senior Manager at the Wadhwani Foundation, who explained the key elements of the SME Accelerate Program and how it can help small and medium enterprises scale their businesses. Entreprenuers who are FMA Members and Entreprenuers of DLF Industries Paticipated. The event concluded with an interactive Q & A session and a vote of thanks presented by Mr. Ravinder Singh, Chairperson – Membership, FMA.
