Industry Visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. was Orgainised by Faridabad Management Association (FMA) on 30th April 2024 exclusively for the Students of IMT, Faridabad who is our Institutional Member. This Visit was Organised by Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, FMA. Yakult is a reknowned company in the probiotic beverage Industry. This Visit provided students with insights into the manufacturing process, Quality Control Measures, Hygene, Safety and research and development. During this Visit, Students gained practical knowledge of Industry practices. Students observed the Production Line where Yakult’s Signature Probiotic Drink is manufactured. Process involved fermentation, Mixing, Packaging and Strict Quality Control adherence. The Industry Visit for Students was informative and enriching to Students. They also benifitted from Understanding Industry Practices, Quality Management, R&D and Innovation.
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held its Signature Program UNNATI TALK SHOW – Women Empowerment on 3rd May 2025 at Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd. Event Started with Welcome Address by President, FMA Saloni Kaul and Mr. Ajay Somvanshi, Board Advisor and CSR Head -Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, FMA and Director, Anand Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Fbd created a positive experience for the attendees. The Guest for the Event was Dr. Sujata Arya, Owner of Kaya Kalp who spoke about her life Journey. She also spoke about her Success and also the Obstacles faced during her journey. She spoke in detail about Natruropathy and Yoga. She also about the Diet we should take to keep ourselves healthy. It was a very absorbing and interesting session for the Employees of Victora Auto P Ltd and also the Invited Members of Faridabad Management Association. Finally a Vote of Thanks was proposed by Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretaru.
On May 10th 2025, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) organized its Virtual Talk Show Author Insight Series – “In Conversation 60 Minutes Author Insights”. Saloni Kaul, President FMA and Founder& CEO, Its People delivered the Welcome Address. Event Host Dr. Sukbir Kaul, Prof at DGIM College, Faridabad Started the Talk show by posing Questions to the Guest Mr. Rakesh Kaul, Managing Director and CEO of Livepure and Livepure Smart Homes at the SAAR Group. He spoke about his book “Heart Leadership”. He spoke about Heart Leadership as Success Mantra, Experiences of Servant Leadersjp, Innovation in thought and action. As per the Members from Industry/Academia participating, session was very Interesting and useful. Finally a Vote of Thanks was Proposed by Mr. V. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at TAP-DC Learing Centre, DLF Industrial Area, The meeting commenced with a warm Welcome Note by General Secretary Ms. Monica Anand, whose gracious opening set an inviting tone for the session. The event proceeded with the formal opening of the AGM and adoption of accounts by Shri Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA, who detailed the association’s financial and operational progress over the past year. During this segment, key team updates were also shared, including the announcement of Ms. Saloni Kaul also operating as Director at FMA Secretariat, FMA, inclusion of Ms. Sukhbir Kaur into the Core FMA Team, and the nomination of Mr. Heeresh Girdhar as Joint Secretary, reflecting FMA’s continued focus on structured growth and strengthened communication. President Ms. Saloni Kaul then delivered an engaging address outlining FMA’s journey for the 2024–2025 period, highlighting key initiatives, strategic collaborations, and growth milestones achieved by the organization. Following this, Senior Vice President Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra presented an inspiring roadmap for the future, emphasizing new strategic partnerships, enhanced membership engagement, and innovative programming designed to empower members and elevate management practices. A brief yet insightful address by Rtn. Shri J.P. Malhotra further motivated the audience, reinforcing FMA’s commitment to excellence and progress in the management sector. The evening concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Shri Thyagarajan, who expressed gratitude to all members and stakeholders for their support and participation. The AGM was attended by a distinguished gathering including corporate and Academic Leaders.

At Hotel Park Plaza, Faridabad. The session was graced by esteemed speakers – Ashish Todi, Head – Strategy, EMKAY Wealth Management and Mr. Harsh Chopra, Founder, Partner 4 Growth. Focusing on the unique dynamics of family-run enterprises, the session delivered practical insights into: Transitioning from Entrepreneurship to Professional Management, The Essentials of Estate and Succession Planning.
