Faridabad Management Association (FMA) along with NOIDA Management Association (NMA) and in collaboration with HIREBEEN conducted a Conference on “Reinvinting Recruitment with AI” on 7th June 2025 at Lemon Tree Hotel, NOIDA. Event Started with Lighing of the Lamp by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President – FMA, Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA, Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, FMA, Mr. Dheeraj Srivastavam CEO of HireBeen AI Recruitment Platform and Other Prominent HRs. Ms. Saloni Kaul, delivered the Welcome Address followed by Mr. Dheeraj Srivastava of HireBeen, A Round Table on “ Job Descriptions to Offer – Where AI Makes a difference” was Moderated by Ms, Meenakshi M, HR Executive, Nagarro. Thereafter a Presentation of HireBeen AI Recruitment Platform was made by Mr. Dheeraj Srivastava. Finally a Panel Discussion on the Topic “Reinventing Recruitment with AI”. The Panelists were Ms. Gunjan Mishra, Head HR, RNF Technologies, Mr. Gaurav Singh, Head HR, Global Payments Inc, Mr. Anku Raja, Sr. Director, TA GSPANN, Sqn, Ldr. Dimple Rawat, Director-HR, BARCO, Ms. Meenakshi M, HR Executive, Nagarro, Mr. Ramit Tyagim, Director, Talent Acquisition , UKG and Mr. Neeraj Naran, Sr. Director HCM, Oracle who was the Moderator of the Session. It was attened by CHROs of IT Companies from Delhi NCR. Mr. CS Mishra, Executive Office of Noida Management Association also attended the Conference. On 14 th June, FMA organised a virtual edition of its talk show ‘In Conversation: 60 Minutes Author Insights.’ The session began with a welcome address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President of FMA and Founder and CEO of Its People. Dr. Sukbir Kaul, Prof at DGIM College, Faridabad started by asking questions to the guest Mr. Aurobindo Kiriyakare, Assistant Professor, Presidency Group. He spoke about his book ‘The Gita the Way of Life’ a manual of human life offering in abundance – lessons, tools, spiritual practices and directions towards elevating oneself onto their higher sense of being, through self-introspection. Finally, a vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA.
