On 12th June 2026. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its virtual Talk Show ‘In conversation 60-Mt Author Insights’ The Host for the Show was Dr. Sukhbir Dhillon, Chair -Events-FMA and Professior – DGIM Law College, Faridabad started the Tallk show by introducing the distinguished Authors Dr. Amita Sharma, Assistant The Topic of Discussion was on the book – BE FUTURE READY WITH BUSINESS ANALYTICS, the authors said that to become Future Ready Business Analyst you must combine traditional Data with Artificial Intelligence. Sukbhir Dhillon conducted the Talk Show in a very interesting manner and also handled the Question-Answer Session. Participation was from Industry and Academia. At the End, the talk show was summed up and a hearty Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr,V.,Thayagarajn, Executive Director-FMA.
Management Devekopment Program(MDP) was held by Faridabad Management Association on 13th June 2026 at Jiva Ayurved, Corporate Office, Faridabad. The Topic on which MDP was held was ” Ownership to Excellence – Building Ownership, Commitment &Accountability” The Facilitator of this MDP was Dr. Debasis Satpathy, Executive Director, NBCC India Ltd. The Session started with Welcome Address by the President Ms. Meenakshi Singh who Welcomed the distinguished Speaker Dr. Debasis Satpathy. Thereafter Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Mangement Association introduced the Facilitator by speaking about his credentials. The Learning and takeaways were 1. Distinuish between responsibility and true Ownership. 2. Build Accountability without Micro-Management. 3. Improve execution excellence result 4. Foster commitment and proactive problem-solving. 5. Create High-Trust and High Performing Teams. 6. Develop a personal Action plan to drive ownership and excellence. It was attended by the participants from Imperial Auto Industries, Jiva Ayurved India Ltd, Sai Packaging and Victura Technologies. At the end of the MDP, Mr. V. Thyagasjan, ED FMA summed up the event and delivered Vote of Thanks.
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) celebrated the National YOGA Day on 20th June 2026 just one day before the National Yoga Day which was on 21st It was held at JIVA School, Faridabad. Event Started with a Welcome address by the President, Faridabad Management Association Ms. Meenakshi Singh, Executive Director, Jiva Ayurved, Faridabad. Thereafter there was a Special Address by Dr. Keshav Chauhan, Sr. Ayurvedic Physician, Jiva Ayurveda on the Subject – The Path to Inner Peace and Mental Well being. Yoga Day was led by Yogacharya Antarang Anand Yogi – a disti
nguished practioneer wth 27 years of experience in Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy. Yogacharya ji told that Yoga is not just exercise, it’s a way of life. We celebrated the union of body, mind and soul. All the participants actively participated in doing the Yoga Aasana s, Breathing exercise etc. The Participants from Industry and Academia enjoyed the session. Finally a Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association.
