On 14th November 2025 Faridabad Management Association and DGIM Law College signed a Memorandum of Understanding MOU). MOU was signed by Dr. Narendra Singh representing DGIM Law College as its Director and Ms Saloni Kaul representing FMA as its President. This Academia Interfacing provides the Institution DGIM Law College with the blend of practical experience and Academic rigour. Shared knowledge and Innovation help Faculties to prepare Industry ready students. Dr Sukhbir Kaur Dhillon, Core Committee Member of FMA and Faculty of DGIM Law College initiated this MOU. It was attended by other Faculty Members Dr. Ripdaman Kaur, Dr. Suman Taneja, Dr. Snehalata and the General Secretary of DGIM Law College Mr. Anuj Singh.
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) organised its exclusive Virtual Monthly Series – In Conversation 60 mts Author Insight on 28th November 2025 (4pm to 5Pm). The session started with the dynamic Host Dr. Sukhbir Kaur Dhillon. a key core Committee member of FMA and Faculty of DGIM Law College welcoming and inviting the Distinguished Speaker Mr. Ajay Chaturvedi, an Author, Architect of Kulhad Economy, Founder of Kautalya Fellowships Network Harva Expo. He spoke on his Book ” Time – Kaala Darshana, Building Blocks of Time”. He said that time has ancient roots from Vedas and Time is cyclical, not linear. A hearty Vote of Thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan. Executive Director. FMA. The Event was attended by the Members from Industries and Academic Institutions.
On 28th November 2025, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) in partnership with Tap-Dc Learning Centre; Faridabad and DGIM Law College launched its signature Virtual Tech Talk Series. Initiative for this Tech Talk Series was taken by Ms Charu Smita Malhotra, Sr. Vice President, FMA & Business Transformation & Enablement Leader, IBM. Event started with Dr. Sukhbir Kaur Dhillon, Core Team Member of FMA welcoming the participants and Introducing the Guest Speaker… The First Tech Talk was delivered by Expert Speaker Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra. She spoke on “Human + AI Teaming – Managing Change Together”. Takeaway of this Talk Show was (a) Understanding the practical implementation of AI Solutions with real life demos (b) Understanding the benefits. /: nuances / Security considerations behind choosing the right AI Strategy for enterprise / Individual. (c) Understanding the AI implementation workflow for creating digital twin. Participants were from Industry as well as Academia. Session was very interactive. Ms Charu Smita Malhotra concluded the Session by thanking the participants.
