Faridabad Management Association(FMA) an Affiliate of All India Management Association(AIMA) in collaboration with JIVA AYURVEDA conducted “ HEALTH & WELLNESS CORPORATE SUMMIT” on 8TH Febraury 2025 at Jivagram Centre for Well Being, Faridabad. The Summit started with the Lighting of the Lamp by Chief Guest, Guest Speakers and Organising Committee Members of FMA and Jiva Ayurveda. Event Opening was done by Jiva Ayurveda thereafter President, FMA Ms. Saloni Kaul delivered the Welcome Address and also Spoke about the Vision of FMA, and the Program Objectives. Chief Guest for the Session was Dr. Prathap Chauhan (Director), Jiva Ayurveda who was the Keynote Speaker. Mr. Madhusudhan Chauhan, CEO, Jiva Ayurveda delivered a Special address. The Distinguished Guest Speakers were Malika Nanda, International Mind Health Ambassador, Dr. Sunil Nagar, Unit Head, Respiratory & Sleep Medicine, Accord Super Speciality Hospital and Dr. Sujata Arya, Owner, Swastic Kaya Kalp. The Participants were taken on a guided tour to Jivagram Centre for Well Being. Other Event Highlights are Session on Tatrak Kriya and Mudra were held by the Yogacharya . Also had a session on Prakruti Analysis. The Key takeaways from the event were Holistic Approach to Employee Wellness, Preventive Healthcare & Early Interventions, Stress Management through Ayurveda and Integrating Yoga and Ayurveda at the Workplace. There was huge participation from Industry from Faridabad and Delhi NCR. At the end, Vote of thanks was proposed by Jiva Ayurveda.

On 22nd Febraury, 2025, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held a Virtual Talk Show- Montly Series ‘In Conversation 60-Minutes Author Insights’ Session started with Welcome Address by Deeply Committed President, Faridabad Management Association(FMA) Ms. Saloni Kaul a visionary leader. Wonderful Host Ms. Sukhbir Dhillon, Prof. DGIM Law College posed relavant questions to distinguished Authors Ms. Astha Ahluwalia, Co Founder, Reboot Wellness and Ms. Saloni Malhotra, Co Founder, Reboot Wellness. They both spoke about their Book “FLIP THE STORY”. This book offers practical Insights into how to turn those stories around, helping you to see the challenges in a new light and take a control of our journey. They told that this book is a guide for making simple yet profound changes in how you view your life , empowering you to create the future you truly want. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held a Virtual NATIONAL MANAGEMENT DAY EVENT on 25th Febraury 2025. Theme for the Event was “India Tomorrow – Unlocking Industry, Innovation & Talent”. Session started with Welcome Address by Mr. Ravinder Singh, Head – Membership & Events, FMA. Speaker Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Global Change & Enablement Leader, IBM India Pvt. Ltd and also Sr. Vice President, FMA spoke on the sub theme “ AI in LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT – TRANSFORMING SKILLS FOR FUTURE”. She started with key problems faced by Learing and Development(L&D), Use of AI Tools like Chat GPT in detail suggesting about practical solutions. The next distinguished speaker was Debasis Satpathy, Chief General Manager, NBCC India Ltd. (Govt of India). Spoke on the Sub-Theme “MAHABHARAT & MANAGEMENT – TIMELESS LESSONS FOR MODERN LEADERS”. Dr. Debasis spoke in detail about the difference between Transactional Leadership & Transformational Leadership. Both the Presentations were appreciated by the audience who have been mostly from the Industries from all over India. Finally at the end, a Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association.
