1 . On 10th April, 2026, Faridabad Management Association(FMA) in collaboration with KR Mangalam University(KRMU), Sohna Road organised Excellence Awards. Event Started with Dr. Vibha Thakur, Director -Career Development Centre Welcoming the Start up Companies along with HRs of different companies and also the FMA Dignatories. A Special Address was delivered by Prof. Dr. Raghuveer Singh, Vice Chancellor, KR Mangalam University Dr Singh along with Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad given were Excellence in Talent Acquistiion, Innovation and Technology, Internship Engagement, Emerging Start up of the Year, Outstanding Industry Partnership award, Women Leadership Awards and CSR and Social Impact Award. Ms. Saloni Kaul, President cum Direcor FMA and Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary FMA also distributed awards with the Vice Chancellor. Start Up companies from Delhi and NCR participated. At the end, Vote of thanks was Proposed by Dr. Vibha Thakur, Director, Career Development Centre
2. Faridabad Management Association(FMA) held its Annual General Meeting on 9th May 2026 at JIVA GRAM, Faridabad. It was attended by 24 Members including the Core Committee Members Ms. Saloni Kaul, President and Director, Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Mr. KP Dhiman, Treasurer, Mr. Ravinder Singh, Chair – Membership and Dr. Sukhbir Dhillon, Chair -Events and Ms. Meenakshi Singh, Executive Director, JIVA Group of Industries. Meeting started with a Welcome Address by Mr. Ravinder Singh and Ms. Saloni Kaul, Presidentand Director FMA presented the Activities conducted during 2025-26. There was some positive suggestions from the Members for organising Youth related Events and also to take up Mentoring of Students for their Career Success in Colloges/Universities. Thereafter Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director spoke about the Perspective Plans keeping in view the LMA Awards Criteria. He also Presented the Audited Financials of Faridabad Mangement Association for the year 2025-26. Next in the Agenda was Nomination of President FMA. Ms. Meenakshi Singh, Executive Director, JIVA Ayurved, her name was proposed by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA and Seconded by Mr. V. Thyagarajan Executive Director. It was ratified by all the Members Present. Thereafter CA Lokesh Mittal was reappointed as External Auditor of Faridabad Management Association and ratified by all the Members. 3. Also to Report that Faridabad Management Association lost its Patron and Mentor Rtn. JP Malhotra on 14th May 2026.. He was a highly respected Indian Industrialist, Engineer and Philanthropist in Faridabad. He was the Managing Directors of Bharat Valves P Ltd. And also Chairman of TapDc, a State of Art Technology and Development Centre. He has been President of various Industrial Associations of Faridabad like DLF Industries, FCCI, Faridabad Productivity Council , BYST etc. He was honoured by the President of India in 1994 as the Outstanding Smal Scale Entreprenuer. He also was an Active Rotarian. He was a Prolific Writer and written some inspiring Management Books. He was guide and Mentor to Faridabad Management Association and also Part of the FMA Executive Board. He always welcomed everyone with a Smile and was down to earth and grounded person. We will remember him forever for the Outstanding and Valuable contributions undertaken by him for the progress of Faridabad
