Faridabad Management Association(FMA) an Affiliate of All India Management Association(AIMA) in Association with Lucknow Management Association(LMA) hosted the “Viksit Bharat Summit & Awards 2024” under the theme “Leadership Excellence in Nation Building and Economic Empowerment” on 9th November, 2024 at Hotel Park Plaza, Faridabad. The Event opened with an inspiring Inagural Address by Charu Smita Malhotra, Sr. Vice President, FMA, followed by Presidential Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul setting the tone of the powerful day of Insights and Recognitions. The Event was Chaired by Dr Raj Nehru, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana. He reflected on how ‘Adhinayak in Jana Gana Mana’ can be understood as supreme leader or giving force, that symbolizes the collective spirit that drives the nation forward. The Summit featured esteemed Speaker like Mr. Sudhanshu Mani , the Key Note Speaker celebrated as the Father of Vande Bharat Express, shared the inspiring journey of of Train 18, a project driven by his Compassion, perevarance ad and Visionary Leadership. Guest of Honor Ms. Seema Jhingan, Lex Counsel, Law offices spoke on ‘Empowering Business through Legal Frameworks’. Mr. Debasis Satpathy, CGM HR of NBCC India Ltd. Spoke on ‘Ancient Wisdom to Modern Leadership’ linking it to Leadership Lessons from Mahabharta. Mr. Beni Kinha, Founder of Nectar Factor shared thought provoking insights on Building a Sustainable Future, urging us to reflect on a simplr yet profound question – Do we know where we are going ?

On 16th November, 2024, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) launched a New Virtual Talk Show- Montly Series –‘In Conversation 60-Minutes Author Insights’ Session started with Welcome Address by President, Faridabad Management Association(FMA) Ms. Saloni Kaul whose Address was not only the reflection of her deep commitment of Faridabad Management Association but also inspiring reminder of core Values and shared Vision. The experienced and engaging Host Ms. Sukhbir Dhillon, Prof. DGIM Law College, truly elevated the conversation by raising relavant questions to the distinguished Speaker Mr. Sridhar Ramachandran, Author of “END OF SAMBHA DANCE”. He spoke in detail about this book. And also related as to how he was fascinated by the Samba Dance and kept the name of the book. The Key takeaways were an Insight about the entrepreneurial Challenges and psychology behind, gained tips and strategies for sustainable growth and Corporate governance issues and challenges in Capital capital-intensive projects. It was attended by Industry and Academia Professionals. Finally, a Hearty Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association.
