Faridabad Management Association in collaboration with NHRDN, Delhi & NCR Chapter and Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIRS), Faridabad organized a HR Conclave at Manav Rachna Campus, Faridabad on 27th September 2019(Friday) on the Issues of “Impact of Technology on People Management” and “Employability under Current Education.
HR Conclave Started with a Welcome Address by Dr. Nandlal Dhameja, Professor & Dean, FMS, MRIRS, and a Keynote Address was delivered by Prof (Dr) Sanjay Srivastava, Vice-Chancellor, MRIs. Thereafter 2 Panels of Speakers presided over the conclave.
Mr. Rajiv Kapoor, Executive Director & CEO- Group Head- HR, UNO MINDA was the Session Chair of the first Panel on ‘Impact of Technology on People Management’. Distinguished panelists included Mr. Gyanendra Kumar, Head-HR (CBO), Tata Consultancy Services; Ms. Indrani Ghosh, Chief HR Officer, Eli India; Ms. Puja Kapoor, Head-HR, OLX India; Mr. Amitabh Kumar, Head-HR Services, People Bridge Consulting; and Dr. Anil Sarin, Professor of Management and Contrinomics, FMS, MRIIRS.
Mr. Harbhajan Singh, Director General & Corporate Affairs, Honda Motorcycles & Scooters was the Session Chair of the Second Panel on Employability. Distinguished panelists included Mr. Pradyumna Pandey, VP & Head-HR, JK Tyre & Industries; Mr. Varinder Verma, Head TA (COE) & HR Transformation, Maruti Suzuki; Mr. Rajeev Khatri, Group Head-HR, Asian Institute of Medical Sciences; Mr. S.K. Dwivedi, GM-HR, TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited; Mr. Devasheesh Kumar, GM-HR- CMO, C&S Electric; and Dr. Amit Seth, Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship, FMS, MRIIRS.
Finally Concluding Remarks and Vote of Thanks were given by Mr. Abhay Kapoor, Sr. HR. Leader-India Operations(North), AMAZON, President-FMA, and Head-Faridabad Zone NHRDN Delhi& NCR Chapter.
A Large turnout of HR professionals from Delhi NCR eager to listen to an illustrious panel of distinguished speakers graced the occasion. The Delegates comprising of CEO s from Industries, HR Professions, Academicians, and Students were around 350 plus. This is one of the Largest HR Conclave ever Organised in the History of Faridabad.
