Faridabad Management Association (FMA) and DLF Industries Association as a part of STRIVE PROJECT (Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement). Communications & Outreach Initiatives partnered and participated with Indus-Tech Technology Expo- 2024. STRIVE is a World Bank Assisted Government of India Project with the object of improving the relevance and efficiancy of Skills Training provided through ITIs and Aprenticeships. It was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Faggan Singh Kulaste, Cabinet Minister, Government of India and the Guest of Honour was Mr. Rajesh Nagar, MLA Tigaon on 5th January 2024 in the esteemed Presence of SDM Faridabad, Mr. Amit Maan IAS. Mr. JP Malhotra, President, DLF Industries welcomed the dignataries. Ms. Saloni Kaul, President- FMA made a brief presentation of FMA and also spoke about the Management Development in Faridabad., Ms.Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA spoke on Communication Skills and gave a very detailed presentation. Mr. Veer Bean Singh, President, FIMTIA and Mr. Bhupender Singh, General Secretary DLF Industries Association, Faridabad also attended. It was very well attended by Senior Officials from Haryana Governemnt and also several Industry leaders from Faridabad. Around 640 Stalls were set up and this event was attended close to a Lac Visors from 5th Janaury to 8th Janaury 2024
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted a Mega Health and Wellness Corporate Summit on 20th January 2024 (Saturday) at Hotel Goldfinch, Faridabad. Health Summit Started with Opening Remarks from Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA. Ms. Saloni Kaul, President- FMA delivered the Inaugural Address Welcoming the Distinguished Guests and the Participants. Mr. JP Malhotra, President, DLF Industries, Faridabad and Chief Executive Officer, Guest of Honour, Bharatiya Valves and Mr. R.N. Dewan, Patron, FMA and Founder & CEO UTE Group addressed the esteemed gathering. Thereafter Chief Guest Mr. Prabal Roy, Chairman, Accord Speciality Hospital spoke about. the Importance of Health and Well being. Thereafter Keynote address was delivered by Dr. Partap Chauhan, Director, Jiva Ayurveda who was the Principal Sponsor of the Event. The FMA Patrika was also released on this occasion. This day long summit consisted of 4 Panels and the topics of each of the Panel were A.Thriving through Wellness Navigating Lifestyle Challenges B.Mental Health in Work Place – Strategies for Holistic Well being C.Holistic Nutrition for Healthy Living D. Harnessing alternate approaches to Health and Wellness & Best Practices. Saloni Kaul, President FMA, delivered a presentation about FMA vison and the activities done during the last two years.
The Best LMA Award Runners up received by FMA Team from AlMA was displayed. In addition to the panel discussions, individual speakers spoke on Topic – Cultivating the Culture of Wellness in the Corporate World – Prof. Dr. Jyoti Rana, Registrar, Shri Vishvakarma Skill University. Mr. Anand Dwivedi, Cross Capability Lead, Tackeda Pharmaceuticals and Dr. Keshav Chauhan, Ayurvedic Physician, Leo Technical Innovations. Gaurav Thakur, Dy Dean- School of Science of Consciousness, Maharishi University of Information Technology, spoke on Transcendental Meditation. The event also showcased Article Presentation done by Students of Govt Polytechnic of Women. Finally a Hearty vote of Thanks was proposed by Mr. K.P. Dhiman, Treasurer FMA. The Summit was attended by 90 plus delegates mainly from the Industries and Health Care fraternity.
