Faridabad Management Association conducted a Virtual Event – DEMYSTIFYING ESOPs 8th December 2023. Event Started with a Welcome Address by Ms, Saloni Paul, President, Faridabad Management Association and Founder & CEO Its People. She then Invited the Guest Ms. Ashna Kakar CA, CPA(USA), Partner M/s Anil Kakar & Associaties and also State President- WICCI, Haryana Taxation Council. She explained in detail about the Employee Stock Option (ESOP) and how can organization and employees benefit. Also she spoke on How ESOPs contribute to Talent Management and support in achieving Business goals. Also how ESOPs recognise key tax consequences for company and employees. It was followed by a Question & Answer Session. It was attended by Industry and Academia. A Final Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director Faridabad Management Association.

Mr. Virender Yadav, HR Manager from Victoria Auto fostered camaraderie, extending a Warm Welcome to all the Participants and Team FMA. Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA highlighted the purpose of UNNATI TALK SHOW and also Welcoming all. Thereafter Mr. Ajay Somvanshi, Sr. Vice President- Human Resources of Victoria Auto (P) Ltd reiterated the companies commitment to empowering Won for Sustainable growth and Innovation. Ms.Monica Anand, Head – Events and Director,, Anand Industries was the Host and Moderator.
Distinguished Guest Speaker of the day was Ms. Bhawna Chauhan, CHRO of Auto-Lek. Ms. Bhawna exemplifies a remarkable blend of professional Excellence and Social Commitment. Her journey underscores crucial lessons for aspiring Women Leaders. She spoke on Strategic Inclusivity, Leadership in CS and emphasized on Continous Learning. Finally Ms. Monica Anand’s Closing remarks echoed the resilient spirit of celebrated Women Leaders, reigniting empowerment among all attendees from Victoria Auto by emphasizing perseverance and determination in the face of adversity. On 17th December, 2023, FMA Conducted its virtual Signature Event -Mahabharata Series. Event Started with Welcome Address by Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary of Faridabad Management Association (FMA). She also introduced the distinguished speaker Mr.Debases Satpathy, Chief General Manager, HR of NBCC India Ltd. The Topic for the Day was “Team Dynamics in Corporate Kurukshetra”. The Key characters covered in this Episode were Yudhishtara, Drona, Kara & Bheeshma.
It was attended by participants from Industry and academia. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association. Faridabad Management Association conducted a Virtual Session on a unique subject “FACE YOGA” on 29th December 2023. Session started with Ms. Saloni Paul delivering the Welcome Address welcoming all the Participants and the Speaker. The Distinguished Speaker for the Session was Ms. Ishita Kaul, Holistic Health Coach, Clinical Dietitian & Face Yoga instructor. Ms. Ishita Covered the Face Yoga in details along with some live exercises.. She actively involved the participants in doing Face Yoga kriyas such as Smile & Pout, Fish Pout, Wow, Kiss the Ceiling etc. It was indeed very well appreciated by the participants from Industry.
