Faridabad Management Association hosted the a Talk Show ‘In Conversation 60-Minutes Author Insights’ Session on 22nd March, 2025. The Talk Show started with Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President Faridabad Management Association and a visionary leader. Host Ms. Sukhbir Dhillon, Prof. DGIM Law College posed relavant questions to distinguished Authors Ms. Astha Ahluwalia, Co Founder, Reboot Wellness and Ms. Saloni Malhotra, Co Founder, Reboot Wellness. They both spoke about their Book “FLIP THE STORY”. This book offers practical Insights into how to turn those stories around, helping you to see the challenges in a new light and take a control of our journey. They told that this book is a guide for making simple yet profound changes in how you view your life , empowering you to create the future you truly want. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. The Two Amazing and essential topics covered were Resume 2.0 – on Tips on Creating ATS friendly Resume that truly shines in this AI Driven World and Personal Branding on Linkedin – What, Why and How – Unerstanding how to effectively position yourself for Career Advancement Distinguished Speajer Mr. Harsh Raj Jain, Talent Acquistion Head, APAC+ America and India Campus Head, EBIX shared his Insights from the Talent Acquisions Leadership experience. He offered practical strategies to help young professionals leverage linkedin to their advantage. Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association and CEO, It’s People shared the Tips on Resume Building as well as Personal Branding through Linkedin to enhance the Presence to the prospective employers. It was inspiring to witness the students enthursiasm and eagerness as they learned how to create a Standout Resumes and enhance their online professional presence.
