On 7 th August 2026, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) in collaboration with DGIM Law College conducted its prestigious Virtual AI Series-Session 2. Event started with Ms. Meenakshi Singh, President FMA & Executive Director, JIVA Ayurveda delivering the Welcome Address and introducing the Distinguished Speaker Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Enterprise AI Transformation Leader IBM and also Sr. Vice President, FMA. She spoke on ‘THE AGENTIC AI PLAYBOOK” She Started the Session by talking in detail about the AI. The Learning objective of this session was to understand the AI powered workflows where multiple agents collaborate to automate repetitive tasks and support clear cut decision making. She alsoemphasised to t build an AI Powered Work-Force. Thereafter Question & Answer sessions were handled very professionally by the speaker. It was attended by Industries and Academia. 2. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) in collaboration with Shri Vishwakarma Skill Univerity (SVSU) on 19 th August 2026 at JIVAGRAM Centre of Well Being, Faridabad. Event started with Lighting of the Lamp Ceremony. Thereafter Ms. Meenakshi Singh, President, FMA & Executive Director, JIVA Ayurved delivered a Welcome address Welcoming the Chief Guest Hon. Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University Prof (Dr.) Dinesh Kumar and the Participants. Thereafter Hon VC Prof. (DR.) Dinesh Kumar delivered a Welcome address representing Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU). Then Ms. Meenakshi gave a brief introduction of the Guest Speaker Ms Indrani Mitra, Executive Leadership Coach & Keynote Speaker. Ms. Indrani spoke on the ‘PERSONAL Topic EFFECTIVENESS WITH A GROWTH MINDSET”. The main takeaways were a. The Inner game of personal effectiveness b. Smart prioritisation c. Purposeful Networking and Finally 4. Building a Personal Growth Plan. She delived a very interactive session with some case studies. After this event we had a Holistic Health Talk by a Doctor from the JIVA Group. It was attended by Faculties from Shri Vishwakrama Skill University ( SVSU) and also from other Colleges and Universities. A Vote of Thanks was proposed by Prof Dr. Jyoti Rana, Dean – School of Management Stuidies, SVSU. Finally it ended with Mr. V, Thyagarajan Executive Director FMA delivered concluding remarks.
3. Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Sr. Vice President, FMA was invited as a Chief Guest by Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad for their National Level Hackathon inaugural Ceremony on 21 st August 2026. Ms. Charu spoke on “From Ideas to Impact : Empowering Innovators to Solve Real World Problems”. There was participation of 300+ Teams and 1000 Paticipants for this 2 Day Event on 21 st and 22 nd August 2026.
4. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted a Management Development Program (MDP) in collaboration with Faridabad Industries Association on 22 nd August 2026 at FIA Hall, Faridabad. Ms. Meenakshi Singh, President, FMA & Executive Director, JIVA Ayurved, Faridabad delived the Welcome address. Thereafter Dr, Debasis Satpathy, Executive Director – HR of NBCC India Lted spoke on the Topic “People, Productivity and Performance- Manufacturing Lessons from Mahabharat& Indian Wisdom”. He spoke on the Human Side of Productivity, Frontline Growth, Performance with Purpose, Goals, Quality & Ethics, Lean Thinking and about the Integrated Framework. It was attended by the participants mainly from Faridabad Industries. It was also attended by Col PK Sharma, Executive Secretary,, Faridabad Industries and also by Ms Kanakapriya, Learning and Development, FIA and Ms. Monica Anand,General Secretary, Faridabad Management Association. It was an interactive Session. It was very well appreciated by the participants. Finally a Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mr. V. Thyagarajan Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association
5. Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad Invited Ms. Saloni Kaul, Director – FMA as Chief Guest for Prize Distribution of their National Level Hackathon Closing Ceremony on 22nd August 2026. Ms.Saloni Kaul gave a motivational Speech and presided over the Award Distribution Ceremony on 22 nd August 2026.
