On 19th July 2025, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its signature Virtual Event: In Conversation 60 Minute Author Insights. Event started with Welcome Address by President- FMA Ms. Saloni Kaul who welcomed the Participants and the Distinguished Guest Speaker CA Gayatri Srinivasan. Ms Gayatri is an Author and Mentor for Business Owners. Host for the Talk Show was Dr Sukhbir Kaur, Prof. DGIM Law College. Questions raised by Dr Sukhbir related to Book – Strategy for Success Lessons for Entrepreneurs. The Key Take Aways of this Author Insights are
1) Real World Wisdom Lessons from Actual Case Studies.
2) Unlocked Treasure trove of Solutions to Business Owners. and
3) Thriving on Transition Strategy for Success.
During her Conversation, Ms Gayatri further emphasised on Purpose and Passion of Entrepreneurs, Importance of Guru/Mentor, Knowledge in English and Training. It was followed by Question/Answers Session. Finally, a Vote of Thanks was proposed by Prof. Sukhbir Kaur.
Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted a Paid MDP on 25th July 2025 at Tap-DC Learning Centre. Resource Person for the MDP was Ms Saloni Kaul, Founder & CEO It’s People and also President FMA. She first welcomed the participants and then conducted MDP on the Topic – “Productivity Multiplier Leading Self. Team and Systems for High Performance”.
Key areas for which Ms Saloni Kaul spoke was
1) Practical Productivity tools which can be applied immediately
2) Improved Prioritisation and decision making under pressure
3) Stronger Team Productivity through better delegation and communication.
4) Systems thinking approach to scalable operations.
Finally, a group photograph was taken in the end. Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Senior Vice President, FMA and Dr. Sukhbir Kaur was also present for coordination of the event. MDP was very well appreciated by the Participants from the Industry.
Ms.Charu Smita Malhotra, Sr. VP Faridabad Management Association was invited as the guest of honour to the 2nd International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research and Innovations in Engineering (MRIE-2025) held at KR Mangalam University, in association with IEEE. Ms Charu spoke on the inaugural session held on 30th July 2025. Core of her talk at MRIE-2025 was about Agentic AI -Systems of Intelligence and their alignment with real word execution with special reference to IBM Watsons. It was attended by the brilliant minds from Academia and Industry.
