1) Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its 3rd Health Summit in collaboration with JIVA AYURVED, Faridabad, on 7th February 2026 at JIVA GRAM, Faridabad, on the Theme “Ancient Wisdom, Modern Science: Reimagining the Holistic Wellness’, Faridabad. Session started with a Welcome by Ms. Monica Anand, General Secretary, FMA and Director – Anand Industries Pvt. Ltd. It was followed by the Lighting of the Lamp by the distinguished Dignitaries. Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Senior Vice President, FMA and Senior Business Leader of IBM spoke on Vision, Mission and Purpose of FMA. Setting the context, Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA & Founder & CEO of Its People delivered the Theme Address. Welcome Address from JIVA Ayurved Group was delivered by Mr. Madhusudhan Chauhan in the capacity as its CEO and thereafter the Sessions followed.
Expert Session 1 on Understanding Hearing Loss – Early Detection and Effective Management was addressed by Dr. Vipasha Brajpuria, Sr, Consultant & HOD, ENT, Metro Heart Institute.
Session-2 -Dr. Tapaswini Pradhan, Sr. Consultant, Head & Neck Oncosurgery, Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi who spoke on ‘ Holistic Well being , a Journey beyond the Physical Self.
Session 3 was delivered by Mr. Beni Kinha, Founder & Corporate Wellness Architect, Nectar Factor who spoke on ‘Re-Imagining Holistic Health, Mind, Body & Soul ‘.
Session 4 was on the ” Clinical Perspectives on Lifestyle Disorders” which was addressed by Dr. Sanjay Raina, HOD Internal Medicine, Amrita Hospital, Faridabad.
5th and the Last Session was delivered by Dr. Vaun Prathap Singh, Founder & Director, Blessings Physiotherapy Clinic and he spoke on ‘Posture, Productivity & Prevention – The Ergonomic Advantage’. A Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Prathap Chauhan, Founder & Chairman, Jiva Ayurveda which covered the Area of Modern Ailments & Ayurveda. It was attended by the Members and also the Industry and Academia from Dehi NCR Region. Finally, a hearty Vote of Thanks was proposed by Ms. Meenakshi Chauhan, Director – HR, JIVA Ayurveda. Finally, the Participants were taken around the guided Tour of JIVA Ayurveda.
2) Faridabad Management Association (FMA) in collaboration with Shri Vishvakarma Skill University organised the NATIONAL MANAGEMENT DAY at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Palwal on 24th February, 2026. Theme was ‘Skills Strategy & Smart Leadership. The Event started with Invocation and Lamp lighting ceremony by the Distinguished Dignitaries. Welcome Address and Introduction of theme was done by Prof. S.K. Sinha, Dean, SFMS. 1st Session was delivered by Ms. Saloni Kaul, CEO – It;s People and President, FMA and she spoke on ‘Human Skills in a Smart World – What AI cannot replace. Mr. Yogesh Soni, General Manager, Corporate Head 0HR, Uniparts India Pvt. Ltd. addressed the 2nd Expert Session and Spoke on ‘AI Use Cases’. The 3rd Session was delivered by by Mr. Ravinder Singh, Co-Founder – Advent Marketing and Consulting Services and he deliberated on ‘Why Labour Laws Matter – Industry Impact and what every student should know’. Expert Session- 4 was delivered by Ms, Heena Singh, Corporate HR, Talbros Faridabad and she spoke on “Working with people : How to Perform Well, Stay Empathetic and take Responsibility”. Thereafter a Hearty Vote of Thanks was proposed by Ms. Monica Ananad, General Secretary, FMA & Director, Anand Industries Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad and from the side of Shri Vishwakarma Skill Univeresity, Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Pinki. In the end Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Skill Universityt Prof. Dinesh Singh joined and Felicitated the Distinguished Speakers. Event was attended by Professors and Students of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University and also the Members of Faridabad Management Association.
3) on 27th and 28th Febraury, 2026, Faridabad Management Association Partnered with Indore Management Association (IMA) for the33rd IMA International Management Conclave. Ms, Saloni Kaul, President, FMA & CEO of It’s People represented Faridabad Management Association on both the days and actively participated as She was engaged in an enriching Podcast Conversation with Mr. Harjeet Khanduja. Sr. Vice President HR at Reliance Jio and Mr. Ashutosh Aggarwal, Co-Founder of IBRICX. IMA President CA Naveen Khandelwal and his Team curated such a meaningful conclave and executed with excellence.
4) Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, Sr. Vice President & Sr. Business Leader, IBM was invited as a Chief Guest at the Annual Sports, Technology and Cultural Fest Closing Ceremony – VETRATVE 2026 – a Celebration of Talent, Energy and Excellence. Ms. Charu actively participated in the technology session and spoke on “AI & How it is Reshaping the Industries across the Globe.
