Faridabad Management Association (FMA) held its core committee meeting on 3rd March 2023 at OM Sweets, Sector-16, Faridabad. It was attended by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA, Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA, Mr. K.P. Dhiman, Treasurer, FMA , Mr. Ravinder Singh, Head – Membership, FMA, Ms. Monica Anand, Head – Institutional Alliances and Mr. Hereesh Girdhar, Head – Communications. Next 3 Months Calendar was finalised. Major Events of March such as Unnati Talk Show and Entrepreneurship Summit, Meet & Greet were also discussed. The membership activities were also reviewed and action plan discussed.
UNNATI TALK SHOW no 4 was organized by Faridabad Management Association on 7th March, 2024 at JIVAGRAM – JIVA Ayurveda, Faridabad. Event Started with Ms. Poonam & Ms. Preeti from the HR Department extending a warm welcome to Faridabad Management Association. Welcome Address and opening remarks were given by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Thereafter the HOST Ms. Monica Anand, Head Institutional Alliances, FMA started the conversation with the distinguished guest Speaker Ms. Shilpi Bisht, a well known figure in the realm of sports in Pistol shooting captivated the audience with her journey and achievements. She further shared that she is the only Indian sportswoman to win Medals in 3 consecutive Common Wealth Games held at Malaysia, NewZealand and England. Her incredible journey was indeed a great inspiration and motivation to all the women audience. The closing remarks and felicitation was done by Ms. Meenakshi Singh, Director of the JIVA Group. Event reached a poignant conclusion with HOST Ms. Monica Anand wrapping up the session in flamboyant style echoing the resilient sprit of women Leadership celebrated during the talk show emphasizing the importance of perseverance and determination in the face of adversity. Event was attended by the Women Employees of Jiva Ayurveda Group.
On 9th March, 2024 Faridabad Management Association (FMA) Conducted its virtual Signature Event -Mahabharata Series- Management Lessons from Mahabharata – Episode 9. Event Started with Welcome Address by Mr. K.P. Dhiman, Treasurer, FMA.. He also introduced the distinguished speaker Mr. Debasis Satpathy, Chief General Manager, HR of NBCC India Ltd. Discussion Topic for the Day was “INNOVATION & ADAPTABILITY– Mahabharata’s timeless relevance in a rapidly changing Business Landscape”. He spoke in detail about the Karna s adaptability to different situations. Also he spoke of Innovative thinking and and unconventional approaches adopted by Lord Krishna. Finally a Hearty Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association. It was attended by members from industry and academia.

Vice Principal, IMT College, Ms. Meenakshi Chauhan, Director, JIVA Group, Ms. Anupriya Agarwal, Communication Expert, Ms. Megha, Governanti College Start Up. Ms. Ishita Kaul, Face Yoga Expert, Krishna Sagar, a Senior Consultant and apart from this our FMA Core committee Members Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA, Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA, Ms. Monica Anand, Head-Institutional Alliances, FMA, Mr. K.P. Dhiman, Treasurer, FMA and Mr. Hereesh Girdhar, Head – Communications, FMA, Faridabad.
On 26th March, 2024. Faridabad Management Association in collaboration with JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA Faridabad conducted the ENTREPRENUERSHIP SUMMIT. A Panel Discussion was held on “HR Challenges Faced by Startups“. The SUMMIT started with opening remaks by Convener Dr. Sapna Taneja, JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad. Welcome Address was delivered by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA and HRA Business Consultant Coach. All the Panelists were felictated. Distinguished Panelists were Mr. Rajesh Munjal, Founder & CEO, mHealthAl, Syed Farhan, Founder & CEO, Cosette Network, OnBenchMark, Mr. Anand Dwivedi. Global Capability Building& Leadership Development Expert, Mr. Heeresh Girdhar, HR Expert in HR Operations & Change Management and Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association and HR Business Consultant Coach. This Panel Discussion was moderated by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President FMA. It was attended by Students and Faculty of JCB Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA Faridabad , Department of Management Studies. Finally a Vote of Thanks was proposed by Dr. Sapna Taneja.
FMA Meet& Greet Event was conducted on 30th March, 2024 by Faridabad Management Association to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the Members. Dedication and passion of Members have been the driving force behind our collective achievements and success, shaping a year filled with growth, Learning and camaraderie. As we stand on the threshold of another year filled with possibilities allowing us to carry forward the spirit of collaboration, Innovation and excellence that defines us. We also welcomed numerous new members and there was a generous gesture from them in the form of surprise Gifts – Books authored by various members. Ultimately what ensued was an enriching exchange of ideas, experiences and insights contributing to the deeper understanding of each others background and expertise. It was attended by Large number of Members. Thanks to Maj Gen SK Data and Mr. AD Bhatt for their generosity in making this event more memorable.
