1. Faridabad Management Association(FMA) partnered with Amazing Work Places. 3 of our Corporate Members of FMA were given a questionnaire to fill very relevant information on their Workplaces. On successful completion of Assessment conducted by Amazing Work Places, Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd was Certified as Amazing Work Places under the Category of Mid Size Organisations. Mr. Ajay Somvanshi, Vice President- Human Resources, Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd. Is being presented the Award by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President -FMA on 11th August 2023.
2. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its signature event “Management Lessons from Mahabharat” on a virtual mode on 27th August, 2023 from 4 Pm onwards. Episode 3 started with Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Thereafter Mr. Debasis Satpathy, General Manager- NBCC (India) Ltd. Spoke on the Topic – “Competencies of Key Mahabharta Charaters”. He covered all the key Characters in a very detailed manner and even highlighted some positivity in Duryodan s Character of Delegation of Work. It was very well attended by Industry and few from Academia. A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Ravinder Singh, Head of Events & Membership.
