1. Faridabad Management Association(FMA) conducted its AROGYATA SERIES Event on 22nd September, 2023 at
Imperial Auto Industries, Opp NHPC Chowk, Mathura Road, Faridabad. The Topic of the Event was “Healthy Spine for Healthy Living”. Event started with a Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Session was conducted by reputed Doctors Dr. Varun Prathap Singh, Founder & Director- Blessing Physiotherapy Clinic, New Delhi & Dr. Anshu Mala, Physiotherapy & Nuero Rehab, Blessings Physiotherapy Clinic. They spoke about the Spinal Well being. They emphasized upon the vital role a healthy spine plays in maintaining an erect posture and safeguarding our nervous system. How to maintain a healthy spine, the same was substantiated by live exercises by participants under the guidance of Dr. Varun Prathap Singh. It was attended by the Industrial leaders of Faridabad ie. Prominent attendees were Mr. Bhuwanesh Chauhan, Sr. HR Leader, Escorts Kubota & Mr. Kusumadhar Pandery, HR Advisor, Chemring countermeasures, Salisbury, England ( Former Secretary FMA) and also by employess of Imperial auto Industries. Event was hosted by Mr. Manoj Batra, Past President, Faridabad Management Association. Finally a Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Ravinder Singh, a prominent core Committee leader also thanking the host Mr. Manoj Batra, General Manager – HR, Imperial Auto Industries and also been the past President of FMA.
2. Faridabad Management Association(FMA) President, Saloni Kaul and General Secretary attended the LMA-CEO Meet conducted by AIMA at Taj Palace of 27th September, 2023. Both of them spoke about the activities conducted during the year 2023-24 till date and also about the Future Events to be conducted. They also thanked AIMA for the Best LMA Award – Runners up – Category 4 which was awarded to Faridabad Management Association
3. Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association and Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Sectretary received the Best LMA Award – Runners Up – Category which was awarded by Dr. S. Somnath, Chairman ISRO at Taj Palace on 27th September, 2023. Mr. Shrinivas Dempo, Chairman, Dempo Group of Companies, Ms. Rekha Sethi, Director General- AIMA, Mr. P. Balaji, Chief Regulatory & Corporate Affairs, Vodafone Idea Ltd. And Mr. Frank Richter, Founder & Chairman, Horasis, the Global Vision Committee were also Present.
4. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its signature event “Management Lessons from Mahabharat” on a virtual mode on 30th September, 2023 from 6 Pm onwards. Episode 4 started with Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Thereafter Mr. Debasis Satpathy, General Manager- NBCC (India) Ltd. Spoke on the Topic – “Coaching & Mentoring by Iconic Leadership”. He spoke about the Positive Leadership Traits of Bheeshma, Dronacharya, Vidhur & Lord Shri Krishna. It was very well attended by Industry Leaders. It was followed by question & answer session. Event was very well attended. The Prominent persons who attended were Mr. DK. Bakshi, Chief Mentor & CEO, Global Talent Company Ltd and Rtn. JP Malhotra, President, DLF Industries, Faridabad. Day s session was summarized by Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA. A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA.
