1, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted a Virtual Event ”AROGYATA” (FMAs) signature event on 4th March 2023. Topic for the Day was “Secrets to Slimmer, Healthier & Younger Self”. Event Started with a Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA and Founder of Its People. The Session was conducted by Ms. Rakhee Sharma, PCC, ICF, Mindful Leadership Coach & Facilitation, Founder, Mindful Solutions & Showers of Comparison. Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA proposed a hearty vote of thanks. Event was attended by the Industry as well as Academia.
2. International Womens Day was Celebrated by Faridabad Management Association(FMA) on 8th March 2023. The Theme for the Day was Embrace#Equity. Our Members posed in an Embrace Position to extend support and due respects to the Women Fraternity all over the World. There was participation from both Industry and Academia.

On 17th March 2023, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted an Management Development Program (MDP) on “Higher Results through Emotional Intelligence” at Imperial Auto Industries, NHPC Chowk, Faridabad. Session Started with a Welcome and Theme Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President , FMA. Mr. Subhash Jagota, CEO, Global Business Solutions joined Ms. Saloni Kaul to deliver a joint presentation of the MDP. The main thrust was on how success can be achieved through Emotional Intelligence. As to how to develop ones own emotional Intelligence skills and also how to apply the same. The Participants were from Industry and some employees of Imperial Auto Industries. Session ended with a summing up and Concluding remarks by Mr. Subhash Jagota.

Faridabad Management Association(FMA) in collaboration with Moolah held a virtual Webinar on “Making a Will” on 26th March, 2023 (Sunday), Session Commenced with a Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Presentation was made by Ms. Aditi Joshi , Head Legal at Yellow. Emphasis was on How to make Wills Online with ease and also Cheap. The Session Covered a. Why Succession Planning and making a will is important b. Tools of Estate Planning Busting myths – Nominee Vsheir and related topics were covered. C. Requirement of a valid Will d. Financial Hygiene Tips for Women. Webinar ended with a detailed question/answer session. Mr. DK Bakshi, CEO Global Talent Company participated from Thailand and had put up many questions. There was a huge participation from Industry. Finally Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA mad the Concluding Remarks and thanked the Speaker and the audience. Who had spared valuable time
