1. On 19th October, 2023 Faridabad Management Association in collaboration with Amazing Workplaces organized a Round Table on amazing Workplaces through the 9 Pillar Network was held at Maytaj Experience Centre, Neelam Railway Road, Faridabad ( Venue Sponsor). The Topic for the Panel Discussion was “Building Organisation of Consequence- Challenges & Opportunities”. Host Ms. Ishita Kaul of FMA Secretariat started the Event by Inviting Ms. Ekta Capoor, Cofounder & Editor in Chief of Amazing Workplaces to deliver the Welcome Address who also spoke about the Certification process for being an Amazing Workplace. Thereafter Ms. Capoor also was the Session Chair of the Panel of distinguished speakers Mr. Govind Negi, Head of Talent -Europe & India, 3 Pillar Global and Ms. Saloni Kaul, Founder & Chief Executive of It’s People and President, Faridabad Management Association. The Panelists spoke on building the credibility of the Organisations by imbibing Value and Culture, process driven, with open door communication channels and also providing Competitive Salary and benefits Package which helps in retention of employees. It was attended by the Industries of Faridabad. After Summarising and concluding the Panel Discussion, the Session Chair Ms. Ekta Capoor proposed the Vote of thanks.
2. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted its Virtual event “Management Lessons from Mahabharat” on 21st October, 2023 from 4.30 Pm onwards. Episode 5 started with Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Thereafter Mr. Debasis Satpathy, Chief General Manager- NBCC (India) Ltd. Spoke on the Topic – “ART OF DELEGATION”. He mainly highlighted the Delegation Skills of Duryodhana. He substantiated his views by giving the actual delegation done by Duryodhana. It was very well attended by Industry Leaders and Academia. It was followed by question & answer session. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA conducted the Question/answer Session. A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA.
3. On 27th October, 2023, Faridabad Management Association proudly presented the first of its kind “UNNATI TALK SHOW”, an event celebrating the indomitable spirit of Women in Leadership roles held at Victora Auto Pvt ltd., Faridabad. Event started with Mr. Virender Yadav, Sr. Manager- HR of Victora Auto welcoming Mr. Ajay Somvanshi, Sr. Vice. President- Human Resources of Victora Auto P. Ltd. for delivering a Welcome Address to the participants. Mr. Somvanshi handed over to Ms. Monica Anand, Director, Corporate Relations – Anand Engineering & Head – Academia Relations, FMA who Hosted this enlightening Talk Show. The event was graced by the esteemed Guest Speaker Ms. Saloni Kaul, Founder & Chief Executive of It’s People and President, Faridabad Management Association. It was a Talk show on Women s Leadership journey overcoming adversity to reach new heights culminated with a sense of empowerment and renewed determination, reiterating the need to foster an environment that nurtures and supports the growth of women in various sectors, thereby ensuring a more inclusive and equitable future for all. The closing remarks made by Ms. Monica Anand echoed the resilient spirit of the women leaders celebrated during the talk show, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and determination in the face of adversity. It was attended by the Women employees of Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd and members of the Association, prominent women Leader Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra, General Secretary, FMA and Mr. Ravinder Singh, Head – Membership of FMA. Event ended with a Vote of thanks.
