1. On 4th and 5th November, Faridabad Management Association held a virtual MDP on “Content Writing” and the Faculty who conducted the MDP was Ms. Anupama Garg, Communication Strategist. MDP started with a Welcome address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, Faridabad Management Association. Ms. Anupama started the session with content writing basics in a layman language. She further explained how to create a content writing portfolio to attract the desired audience, how to create contents specifically for various channels of internet including blogs, Social media, e-commerce sites etc. How to earn money through content writing was also covered. Finally it was summed up by Ms. Anupama Garg. It was attended by Industries as well as academia. It was very well appreciated by the audience.

2. Faridabad Management Association(FMA) conducted its 2nd “UNNATI TALK SHOW” –(Women Empowerment) at Imperial Auto Industries, Faridabad on 16th November, 2023. Event started with welcome note by Ms. Prabhleen Kaur – Head- Human Resources, Imperial Auto Industries and Mr. Tarun Lamba, Director and CEO of Imperial Auto Industries giving a Floral Welcome to invited Guest Speaker Ms. Harpreet Kaur Taneja, CEO, Weaving Synergies, Ms. Saloni Kaul, President-FMA and the Host Ms. Monica Anand, Director, Corporate Relations – Anand Engineering & Head – Academia Relations, FMA. Thereafter a Welcome address was delivered by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President-FMA. Ms. Harpreet spoke about her incredibile journey of struggles and triumphs. With her empowering words and unwavering confidence, she painted dreams and ignited aspirations leaving hearts touched and minds inspired. Through her adept weaving of synergies she carved a significant path towards women’s empowerment. Ms. Monica Anand, Host and Moderator guided the evening proceedings with finesse leading the audience on an insightful and impactful exploration of the Challenges faced by women leaders in their professional journey. The event reached its poignant conclusion with Ms. Monica Anand elegantly wrapping up the session. This event was attended women employees of Imperial Auto Industries and the members of Faridabad Management Association from Industry.

3. Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted a virtual Panel Discussion on the Topic –“Unlocking Strategic Success Through OKRs” on 24th November 2023. Event was Hosted and Moderated by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President -FMA who opened the Discussions after her welcome address. Discussion started with the First guest Mr. Gaurav Sabharwal, Cofounder & CEO. GETJOP speaking on the Topic. He said that 20% of the businesses achieve their strategic goals due to Unlinked Strategy and Execution, Individual Performance Isolation and Lack of Focus and too many Portfolios. To significantly improve the execution of Strategic Goal, OKRs were introduced. Execution through OKRs involved Clarity, Alignment, Focus & Execution of Goals and thereby resulting in unlocking of strategic success of Businesses. It was further substantiated by Mr. Ravi Verma, Vice President -Growth, GETJOP by giving Case Studies of 2 Successful Companies using OKRs ie. Tech Services & Digital Marketing, New Jersey, US and New Delhi, India and Birla Corporation ltd. Event was attended by the Industry and Academia. A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, Faridabad Management Association.

4. On 25th October, 2023, Faridabad Management Association (FMA) conducted Its Holistic and Wellness Series “AROGYATA” at Imperial Auto Industries, Faridabad. The Event commenced with a Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. The Guest Speakers for the Session were Dr. Varun Prathap Singh, Osteopath and Shoulder Expert and Dr. Anshu Mala, Dry Needling and Pelvic Floor Rehab Specialist. They conducted the session on “Stress Handling Techniques” and illustrated with practical exercises to avoid stress. Mr. R.N. Dewan, CEO – UTE Group and Patron, FMA also shared his experience. It was attended by employess of Imperial Auto and Members of Faridabad Management Association from Industries. A Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Ravinder Singh, Head, Membership, FMA who was the key organizer of this event.

 

5. Another Signature Virtual event “Management Lessons from Mahabharat” was conducted by Faridabad Management Association on 26th November, 2023. Session started with a Welcome Address by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Thereafter Mr. Debasis Satpathy, Chief General Manager- NBCC (India) Ltd. Spoke on the Topic –“CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLES – Krishna, Bhishma, Drona & Karna”. He mainly highlighted the Delegation Skills of Duryodhana. Each one of them had different approach to manage the conflicts. It was followed by question & answer session which was handled by Ms. Saloni Kaul, President, FMA. Finally a vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. V. Thyagarajan, Executive Director, FMA.
